About... Construction and Building Services

The Construction and Building sector employs over 2 million people a year in the UK. ABC offers Construction qualifications which can help learners start a career in the industry and progress and develop onto further studies and skills. ABC's qualifications cover a range of Construction trades including Building, Plumbing, Electrical Services, Plastering and Creating Interiors as well as Landscaping qualifications.

NEW - Entry Level & Level 1 Practical Construction Skills

Entry 3 Award & Certificates and Level 1 Award, Certificates & Diploma

These qualifications have been developed with providers.  They aim to:

• Develop practical skills that will support those seeking a career in the construction industry
• Promote and encourage good working practices in relation to safety and minimising any environmental impact of the activities undertaken
• Provide knowledge and understanding that will support effective and efficient working practices

These qualifications are included on the Qualifications and Credit Framework.
