Transfer of Qualifications at ABC Awards
In order to improve its services to customers ABC Awards intends to rationalise the administration of its portfolio by locating the administration of qualifications within the same sector in the one office.
It is planned that over time the offices will deal with qualifications in the following sectors:
Reading Audio Visual, Art and Design, Fashion and Graphic Design
Taunton Health and Social Care (including Youth Work, Counselling, Reflexology)
Chorley Land Based, Catering
Nottingham Construction, Engineering (including Welding and Motor Vehicle), Business, Languages, Basic Skills and Skills for Working Life

How to register your learners
1. Register them online
1.1 If you already have an online account you will be able to register your learners now.
1.2 If you wish to apply for an online account please click the link for online registrations ( Online Registrations) where you will be able to create an account and be given a user/pass.
1.3 You may then import learner registrations from a csv file or manually enter them.
2. Email them to ABC
2.1 Those centres without an online account may complete the spreadsheet (E1) below and return it by email to any ABC Office for processing.
2.2 Centres may also send a data file from their MIS and email it to any ABC office. If doing this please complete the data table below for each cohort you wish to register.

Email your registrations to enquiries@abcawards.co.uk or, if known, to the qualification administrator.
3. Registration Forms
If you cannot submit your registrations using any of the above options you must contact the Office Manager at any ABC office for an E1 Registration form.

It will help centres to understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to accredited qualifications, which are covered in further detail in the statutory regulations and codes of practice.
