Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling - We had the ABC Awards Moderator, here last week and part of her visit was to speak to my Diploma group regarding issues with the portfolio and certain elements of some units. I promised I would contact you so that some of my students' comments could go on a feedback sheet. I would be grateful as she was marvellous. Here are some comments -

Level 2 Certificate in Youth Work Practice - I just wanted to let you know that our EV visit yesterday was an absolute pleasure The Moderator was supportive, informative and she put the apprentices at their ease. We felt we gained a lot from the process and we will take great pleasure in completing the final few units in the knowledge that our quality is good. I would like to thank ABC and Avril for being so supportive during our first year.
Level 2 Award in Working with Young People - It's a fantastic qualification and the units are really good.
Level 2 Award in Counselling Concepts - I have just claimed certificates for the above course! It is one of the most straightforward claiming systems I have ever used, compared to some of the Examination boards I deal with. In fact the whole system from registration, invoices and now claiming certificates is an efficient and stress free process.
