Working with ABC

ABC Awards aims to offer a coherent and innovative portfolio of vocationally related qualifications which reflects the national and regional skills needs of employers and learners. We build on our experience of providing customer support of the highest quality within a culture of continuous improvement.

We aim to support all centre staff to ensure they give learners a good learning experience and every opportunity to achieve. For approved centres we offer resources and guidance to help deliver and assess ABC qualifications.  If you are:

Examination Officers will find ABC policies and procedures to assist them with enrolling and registering learners and administering the qualifications.

Tutors/Assessors will find general information on delivery and assessment.

Internal Quality Assurers will be guided through ABC's expectations for the quality assurance of its qualifications.
